Statement of Faith
We believe that the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired and authoritative Word of God and the final standard for faith and life. We believe that there is one true and living God who eternally exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man through the virgin birth, lived a sinless life, and died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for sin. He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return again in power and glory. We believe that all people are created in the image of God but are separated from Him because of sin and are therefore in need of salvation. We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace and is received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone. We believe that the Holy Spirit regenerates, indwells, and sanctifies believers, enabling them to grow in faith and obedience. We believe that the church is the body of Christ made up of all believers and that its mission is to worship God, teach His Word, and proclaim the gospel to the world as commanded by Christ in Mark 16:15 in the Gospel of Mark. We believe that Jesus Christ will return again to judge the living and the dead and that those who trust in Him will have eternal life in the presence of God.
What we Believe
-
We believe that there is one true and living God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three persons are equal in divine nature and attributes and are worthy of worship, honor, and obedience. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things and is sovereign over His creation.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became man without ceasing to be God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. Jesus lived a sinless life and perfectly fulfilled the law of God. Through His death on the cross, He offered Himself as the atoning sacrifice for sin. He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return again in power and glory.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and is fully God. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He regenerates those who believe in Christ, indwells every believer, and works in the lives of Christians to produce spiritual growth and godly character.

We believe that humanity was created in the image of God. Through the sin of Adam, all people have inherited a sinful nature and are separated from God. Because of sin, humanity is unable to save itself and stands in need of redemption.

We believe that salvation is a gift of God's grace and is received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Christ's death on the cross paid the penalty for sin, and His resurrection secured victory over death. Those who repent of their sins and trust in Christ are forgiven, declared righteous before God, and given eternal life.

We believe that the church is the body of Christ made up of all believers. The mission of the church is to worship God, teach the Scriptures, disciple believers, and proclaim the gospel to the world, as commanded by Christ in Mark 16:15.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ established two ordinances for the church: baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Baptism is a public declaration of faith in Christ and symbolizes the believer’s identification with His death and resurrection. The Lord’s Supper is a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and a proclamation of His death until He returns.

We believe that Jesus Christ will return again personally and visibly. At His return, there will be a final judgment. Those who have trusted in Christ will enjoy eternal life in the presence of God, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation from God.
